Hy-lok offers three types of pre-setting tools to enhance your tube system installations; a manual pre-setting tool, a hydraulic pre-setting tool, and an electric automatic pre-setting tool. The manual pre-setting tool allows for pre-setting the ferrule set by hand with a wrench. The hydraulic presetting tool is available in two sizes to meet your needs in pre-setting the ferrules through the assistance of a hydraulic pump and swaging head. The automatic pre-setting tool is quick and easy, pres-setting the ferrules with the touch of a button. The hydraulic and automatic pre-setting tools bring the flexibility of interchangeable dies to accommodate pre-setting a variety of O.D. sizes with one tool from 1/2" O.D. to 2” O.D.

Manual Presetting Tool

The Hy-lok manual presetting tool allows quick and easy presetting of the ferrules to the tube for sizes 1/8" O.D. - 1" O.D. This tool mounts easily into a vise and allow the installer to preset the ferrules by hand tightening with the appropriate size wrench.

Hydraulic Presetting Tool

Hy-Lok's hydraulic presetting tool provides consistent presetting of ferrules and minimizes installer effort in cases where many connections or heavy wall tubes are being installed. The manual presetting tool is available in two sizes to meet customer needs. The EZY MAT-1 covers tube O.D. sizes from 1/2" - 1". The EZY MAT-2 covers tube O.D. sizes from 1/2" - 2".

Electric Automatic Presetting Tool
|
|
Hy-Lok's electric automatic presetting tool makes ferrule set presetting virtually effortless. With the touch of a button, ferrules are preset to the tube to enhance connection installation. Interchangeable dies allow this unit to cover tube O.D. size ranges from 1/2" to 2" fractional and metric O.D. sizes from 4mm to 42mm.
